What we do

Prime Capital’s sale process is as follows:

PLANNING

  1. Decision by you to sell – with a clear idea of what the desired outcome should be
  2. Free valuation and planning meeting – we want to understand the outcome you want
  3. Prime Capital will collate the key information on your business or commercial property – only basic financial information is needed at this stage.
  4. Prime Capital is instructed to sell your Business for its maximum value

MARKETING

  1. A Sale Summary and a marketing plan is prepared by Prime Capital and approved by you.
  2. Prime Capital advertises your sale in a variety of media – including online and through networking links.
  3. Prime Capital undertakes marketing and database research to locate, approach and qualify targeted purchasers
  4. Confidentiality agreements secured with prospective purchasers
  5. Prime Capital notify you of the interest by prospective purchasers and arranges a visit

NEGOTIATION

  1. Prime Capital handles negotiations and prepares a terms summary for agreement in principle by the buyer and seller
  2. We prepare a comprehensive sale agreement and project plan. This plan will address important issues such as: legal issues, payment of deposits and the purchase price, financing arrangements, staff announcements, landlord negotiations, training and handover activities, licencing and permits and timetables.
  3. You accept the successful offer

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Deposit payment
  2. Purchasers undertake audit or due diligence and arrange their cash to pay for the purchase.
  3. Payment and handover implementation is project managed by Prime Capital
